Independent Freight Agent

Position Overview

Join R&R Global Logistics as a Freight Agent and take ownership of your freight book without the hassle of overhead, compliance risk, or micromanagement. As an agent, you’ll operate independently while leveraging our infrastructure, technology, and back-office support to build your income and brand with full transparency.

We’re looking for experienced logistics professionals and freight sales experts who are ready to grow their business in partnership with a people-first brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Secure and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers

• Manage full-cycle freight booking: prospecting, quoting, and dispatch

• Collaborate with in-house dispatch and support teams

• Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients

• Negotiate rates and build long-term client satisfaction

• Maintain compliance with all regulations and internal policies

Commission Structure

You keep 70% of the gross profit with no margin caps.
