The Vision Behind R&R

Founder & CEO

Jade Rush

Jade Rush is the Founder and CEO of R&R Global Logistics, a woman-owned freight brokerage built on integrity, transparency, and grit.

After graduating with a degree in political science, Jade wasn’t quite sure what direction to take. An internship at a District Attorney’s office confirmed that a legal career felt too routine and rigid for her. So, she took a leap of faith into something completely new — a sales position at a logistics firm with an 80% turnover rate. While most struggled, Jade thrived, quickly proving herself in one of the most demanding and overlooked sectors of the economy.

After a year of learning the ropes, she transitioned to working as an independent freight agent for a larger brokerage, where she spent four years building her book of business from the ground up. That experience gave her the confidence — and the clarity — to go fully independent.

Today, Jade leads R&R Global Logistics, a brokerage that handles over 950 shipments per year and generates more than $2 million in annual revenue. Her team specializes in FTL, LTL, refrigerated freight, flatbed, drayage, and freight forwarding, consistently delivering a 98% on-time rate. She’s built a company that not only solves freight problems, but actually cares about how the work gets done.

Jade is currently pursuing her CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) designation and is developing Happy Tactic, a next-generation TMS platform designed to rebuild trust between shippers and brokers through real-time tracking, fraud protection, and ESG reporting tools.

In 2025, she was elected Vice President at Large for the ASCM Atlanta Chapter, continuing her mission to raise the bar for ethics, transparency, and leadership in the supply chain industry.

Jade isn’t just running a brokerage — she’s building a movement centered on people-first logistics, sustainable growth, and smart, scalable solutions that put trust back into transportation.
